DMCA / Copyright Policy

Chicago Limos Directory respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users and listed businesses to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

If you believe material on Chicago Limos Directory infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent at info@chicagolimosdirectory.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice") that includes all of the following:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as the URL) for us to locate it;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

On receipt of a valid notice, Chicago Limos Directory will use reasonable efforts to remove or disable access to the identified material and, where appropriate, notify the party that posted it.

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to info@chicagolimosdirectory.com that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which Chicago Limos Directory may be found). We may restore the material as permitted by §512(g).

Chicago Limos Directory will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users or businesses who are repeat infringers.
