Chicago Limos Directory operates Chicago Limos Directory. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Account details you provide (name, email), business information you submit or claim, messages and quote requests you send, and basic, privacy-preserving usage analytics. We do not store raw IP addresses or browsing identifiers tied to your identity.

To operate the directory, route quote/contact requests to the relevant business, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

When you submit a "Request a Quote," the contact and trip details you provide (such as date, pickup and drop-off, number of passengers, and vehicle(s) required) are used to fulfill that request. With your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form): if you selected a specific, claimed operator, we share those details with that operator so they can respond directly. If you make a general request, or the listing you chose has not been claimed by its operator, Chicago Limos Directory shares your trip details with one or more transportation operators to obtain quotes and then forwards those quotes back to you — in that case the directory coordinates on your behalf rather than handing you to a single operator. We rely on your request and your consent as the basis for this sharing, and we share only what is needed to answer it. We retain quote requests for up to 18 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by contacting info@chicagolimosdirectory.com.

We use service providers (hosting, payments via Stripe, email) bound to protect your data. Listed-business information is shown publicly by nature of a directory.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting info@chicagolimosdirectory.com. Business owners may request listing removal per our Terms.
