By accessing or using Chicago Limos Directory (the "Service"), operated by Chicago Limos Directory, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is available to United States businesses and users only.

Chicago Limos Directory does not endorse, warrant, or make any representation concerning any business listed, or any product or service offered by any listed business. Listings, rankings, categories, and any "featured" placement reflect directory organization and paid placement, not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of quality, licensing, insurance, safety, or suitability.

Any designation applied to a business — including a "Verified" badge — means only the specific item we confirmed, on the date we confirmed it (for "Verified," that the person who claimed the listing established ownership/management of the business). A designation is not a representation that the business is licensed, insured, bonded, background-checked, safe, or suitable for any particular project, and is not an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by Chicago Limos Directory.

Chicago Limos Directory is a directory. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, communication, payment, or transaction between a user and a listed business. Any dispute arising from such a transaction is solely between those parties.

You should make whatever investigation or other resources you deem necessary or appropriate — including verifying licensing, insurance, references, and credentials — before hiring or engaging any business found through the Service.

The Service contains content provided by businesses, reviewers, and other third parties. Chicago Limos Directory does not control and is not responsible for such content, which may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You may be exposed to content you find objectionable; your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

The Service links to third-party websites. Chicago Limos Directory is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or legality of any linked site, and you release Chicago Limos Directory from all liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, any linked site.

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." Chicago Limos Directory does not guarantee that content is error-free, accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose, and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Your reliance on any content is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicago Limos Directory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the Service. Chicago Limos Directory's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Chicago Limos Directory in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Any remedy you seek for the acts or omissions of another user or a listed business is limited to a claim against that party. You release Chicago Limos Directory from claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users or listed businesses.

A business may request removal of its listing at any time by contacting info@chicagolimosdirectory.com; we will use reasonable efforts to remove it within two business days. Chicago Limos Directory may, in its sole discretion and without notice, remove any listing or content and suspend or terminate access to the Service.

Please read carefully — this affects your legal rights. Any dispute between you and Chicago Limos Directory will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as a class or representative action. You and Chicago Limos Directory waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
